Silicon nitride rotor is an appropriate product which could be used in depuration to dispose hydrogen of Aluminium melt.
For the removal of hydrogen in molten aluminum, silicon nitride tubes are used to put into nitrogen or argon.Silicon nitride rotors are used in the whole process of molten aluminum to stir and disperse gas.Compared with graphite rotor,the service life of silicon nitride rotor is longer because no oxygen corrosion when heating up.With the characteristic of high density and high strength,silicon nitride rotor makes the running table when high speed rotating.With high thermal shock resistance performance,it can be inserted in and pulled out from molten aluminum repeatedly in batch operation.
Product characteristics:
1.The rotary table and shaft are made of pure silicon nitride. Compared with the graphite rotor, the oxidation resistance and abrasion resistance are greatly enhanced; During the service life cycle, the degassing effect of the rotor remains stable;
2.The design of high rotating speed can break the bubbles to the maximum extent and disperse the bubbles to all corners of the inner chamber to improve the degassing efficiency;
3.Strong corrosion resistance to molten metal, good corrosion resistance, and no pollution to liquid metal;
4.The surface is smooth, free of aluminum and slag. At the same time, the manufacturing accuracy of the complete degassing rotor is high, and the concentricity is controlled within 1mm to ensure the stability of rotor operation at high speed, and minimize the disturbance to the melt surface, thus reducing the fluctuation of liquid level;
5.It can effectively reduce the treatment cost, such as the consumption of inert gas and the loss of slag raking aluminum, improve the reliability of equipment, and reduce the maintenance cost of equipment.
